Abstract

Nous rapportons un cas d’uretère rétro-cave droit chez une patiente âgée de 42 ans. La manifestation clinique habituelle étant la douleur lombaire droite due à l’obstruction du haut appareil urinaire, les formes asymptomatiques aussi peuvent être rencontrées. Le diagnostic peut être fait soit par l’imagerie soit en peropératoire comme ce fut le cas de notre patiente. Une lombotomie droite avec décroisement de l’uretère, ont permis d’avoir un résultat satisfaisant.
