Abstract
RÉSUMÉ
Les tumeurs à cellules de la granulosa de l’ovaire sont des tumeurs rares appartenant au groupe des tumeurs des cordons sexuels et du stroma. Leurs circonstances de découverte sont diverses, le contexte clinique variable et parfois atypique. Les auteurs rapportent deux cas et discutent des modalités de diagnostic et de traitement.

ABSTRACT
Granulosa cells tumors are neoplasia from sex cord - stroma of the ovaries. Circumstances of discovery are multiple and clinical presentation is varied and sometimes atypical. The authors report two cases and discuss the diagnostic and therapeutic modalities.
