Abstract
RÉSUMÉ: Nous rapportons deux cas d’endométriose pleurale découverte à l’occasion d’une pleurésie chronique exsudative chez des patientes jeunes dont une nullipare et nulligeste.
SUMMARY: We report two cases of pleural endometriosis discovered during a chronic exudative pleural effusion in young patients with a nulliparous and nulligeste.
