Abstract

ABSTRACT

Non obstetric vulvar hematoma constitutes a rare condition. It usually results from blunt trauma. We report a case of massif vulvar hematoma in a 17 years old teenager following a vigorous intercourse with a known partner.  In case of massif hematoma, conservative management may not be successful. This case demonstrates teen sex complications due to atypical sexual practice and difficulties for physician to deal with dual medical and psychological obligations with regards to the attitude of teenagers and their parents.
