Abstract

RÉSUMÉ
L’angiomyolipome rénal (AML) est une tumeur bénigne généralement asymptomatique qui peut se manifester par des douleurs abdominales, une masse palpable, hématurie. Nous rapportons un cas inhabituel d’une patiente de 44 ans qui a consulté pour une douleur lombaire droite. Les explorations paracliniques ont conclue à une angiomyolipome rénale droit compliqué d’hémaome rétro péritonéal. L’indication d’une néphrectomie totale d’hémostase droite par voie Trans péritonéale fut posée et réalisée. Les suites opératoires ont été simples. L’examen histologique a confirmé le diagnostic de l’AML rénale. Le recul sur six mois était normal.


ABSTRACT
Renal angiomyolipoma (AML) is a generally asymptomatic benign tumor that can present with abdominal pain, a palpable mass, and hematuria. We report an unusual case of a 44-year-old patient who consulted for right lumbar pain. Paraclinical investigations concluded that it was a right renal angiomyolipoma complicated by retroperitoneal hemaoma. The indication for a right hemostasis total nephrectomy via the transperitoneal route was established and performed. The postoperative course was uneventful. Histological examination confirmed the diagnosis of renal AML.Histological examination confirmed the diagnosis of renal.The six-month follow-up was normal.
