Le but de cette étude était de décrire les profils des hémopathies malignes dans le service ORL de l’hôpital régional de Ziguinchor. Patients et Méthode. Il s’est agi d’une étude rétrospective menée dans le service ORL et de chirurgie cervico-faciale de l’hôpital Régional de Ziguinchor sur une durée de 6 ans. Tous les patients dont les données épidémiologiques, cliniques, biologiques ou histologiques en faveur d’une hémopathie maligne étaient complètes ont été inclus dans cette étude. Résultats. L’âge moyen des patients était de 51,12 ans avec une prédominance masculine. Les motifs de consultation les plus fréquents étaient l’odynophagie (37,5%) et les polyadénopathies cervicales (37,5%). La localisation amygdalienne était le siège prédominant des lésions (50%). Les lymphomes représentaient 75% des hémopathies malignes retrouvées. Nous avons eu une mortalité de 50. Conclusion. Les manifestations ORL, bien que non spécifiques peuvent révéler des hémopathies malignes. Il est nécessaire d’en connaitre les principaux aspects.</p> <p>ABSTRACT<br />Introduction.
